Time Period: 2 weeks ( 13th to 27th August )
Federation Limit 7 ( a fed does not need all 7 to compete or complete )
Note : the more members you have the more the prize is shared , this works both ways :p
Turn Generation 6 sec
Dp Time 12 min

Rules:
1. All Current Game Rules Apply
2. Players Caught Cheating in anyway will result in punishment to him/her on all gamespeed and disqualification of his/her federation from all future DM events ( dont ruin it )
3. although i doubt it will happen any fed hopping will disqualify you from the point system
4. all players must start with a new empire, reviving old empires will also disqualify yourself. this means any empire that isnt made on the 12th+ will be disqualified and suspended.

notes
i will allow name changes and suspensions to take place before the event to ensure those who already have empires with the name they want can remake on the 12th+ to ensure fairness of the event.
new comers can join a fed at any time , however more than 7 empires will disqualify the fed , dont blame me if you join a fed with a leader who could make such a mistake.

Rewards
Point Reward for trial: ( still rough i guess )
1. Exploration Race UW Activation = 100 points Possible half points for 24 hours , printscreen required
2. None Exploration Race UW Activation = 150 points Same As Above
3. UW Destruction = 20 points
4. Guardian UW Destruction = 30 points

Questionable 5. UW lasts less than 24 hours = -20 points (-30 if taken down by Guardian)

Claiming Points: A federation member must inform me ( ON DM SERVER ) they have managed one of the above and we will confirm it and add it to your feds total points

Rewards: top 3 feds will recieve Artifact`s or Colonies of players choice ( amount depend on points & member count )

this is a trial , we have no idea what the typical point results will be after 2 weeks so i will not be drawing up a point reward till after atleast 1 trial event.

for all we know the winning fed could have 30 points

700 points being 100 points for each member being max reward possible would be the max reward staff would give meaning sexy but still within the bounderies of fair

some basic things from last event were things like

no more than 6pcc , 10btc etc

the use of common sense and fairly unbaised judgment and you will probably be very close to what you will get

so yes once again this is a trial so no reqard layout is going to be placed down , as everything would change and ide rather just delete the event than watch it be ruined by people moaning about the trials tewards rather than the fun of the event

it would mean, you would have to let one UW off after another for 2weeks, and everyone one would have to be succesfull, and no other fed (attempts one) lol

Also, lots of people might sign up, but many might go inactive after a while too after 2 or 3 days.

umm, the 700 example I used was for the #1 winning fed. So 700 points for the fed would equal 100 points per fed member (maybe have it redistributed if some members don`t get back to maraudian and tell him what prize they want 7 days after it ends or something).

o yeah, we should decide on the points before the start...
taking in account (only top 3 feds get rewards (as said by Maraudian)
the total max points that can be obtained in the entire match (not accounting killing UWs) is 700 points

so if we divide that by the amount of players who sign up for DM... we should then divide 700 by that number...
e.g 700 (total acheiveable points) divide by 50(total players in the DM) = 14
then we should make 14 points the amount of points needed for
1 special artie OR (5 uniques, OR 10 rares, OR 15 uncommons, OR 20 commons) OR per 100land (any choice of plannet except clusters/spaz xD)

which means, the more people who join, the better the prize is...
(i.e more people, = harder play, = more fun = better prizes :D

I believe what people are asking for is some sort of guideline... something like

500 pts = 1 PCC
250 pts = 1 btc

etc and so on and so forth... but me`h, might be too much work... how about a guideline for the most common prizes that will be requested... IE, planets, STC, BTC, PCC, Regalos, Historias... you get the idea ;)

But the question remains what the formula will be to determine how much land or how many arties will get. Like if I were in the top fed with 7 members, and we managed to get 700 points, and I wanted a regular planet, how much land would it have? Is it 10 land for every point? I`m guessing that the points will be awarded equally here.......

If I wanted BTCs, how many would we get? Would it be 50 points per BTC? That`s the kind of question we`re getting.

If you don`t know, just say so, and give us a rough, ballpark figure of when you think you will have decided the point conversion rates for stuff like that. That is what we want to know.

POINT CONVERSION!!! lol

1000 land = ??? pts
1 BTC = ??? pts

And so on. THAT is what people want to know.

SonofCommunism: yes im going to give those people i like imba 200k S U large and stuff even if they lose because i personally prefer them ( dunno why im even hiding my secret plot behind a whole 2 week event ) ...

only 3 feds can win prizes
victory is decided on points <- see look points :-o
more points per person = more merrit , so even after victory is decided more points/merrit = better prizes

the results will differ on what you ask for , theres 100`s to choose from and every single one will be different depending on what ive listed in the thread

nothing in the thread mentions my personal preferences or anything close to it... :-o

SoC no..But like say you ask for a c1, how many points you have will determine how much land is on it...or you ask for btc`s, how many points you have will determine how many you get, and I vote `yes` for # 5.

What if I was in a fed of 7, and I wanted a 10,000 land barran for my collective empire on normal (along with 3 borders preferably of 500 land each).

What point count would the fed need? :P

How about BTCs? Historia? STCs? Those are the artis most folks will want.
