Tips for starting as a guard?

man i knew it was hard... but i can`t seem to get the hang of things.

i have guard experience on UC. but the hard UC is nothing compaired to GC hard... cant even manage to follow the 1st mission. to buy ores and get 500 credits income per turn =(

help please

Regardless of your server, go for ore... but what server you are on depends on how you should be guided after that.

i ment, im not that good with gaurds...
so i had a quick look for gaurd manuals...

my advice is...

aim a pistol at your head, and shoot yourself!!!

ermm as for your question

strip mining will get you money but not increase your income
(not that good with gaurds)

yeah, youll wanna take things slow as guard, just sit back, get a bit of housing infra, maybe get ruby and tourm :P
then explore a little bit, after the first mission youll get some ore you can sell

its up to you, but most people try to wait to do the rest of the missions, because you get loyalty from them, and thats the only way you can get loyalty as guard, without stealing loyal planets XD

explore for a decent c2.. with land more than 20K.. then research housing.. in no time u will be able to have more than 500 credits per turn :P
