we all know they are pretty bad. They are meant for Maru a poor & not very rich race. on the other hand Viral are very rich. Which has become an issue with the spamming of these cheap upkeep ships.
I was looking thro the ships. (Terran, A.miner, Guards, Maru)
Pyth & D.Angel got a one of big difference between the other ships.

Hull, Weapons, Power rating ratios nearly all equal up the same.
only other ships that are similar are Destoryers & the Guard Ruby & Tourmaline who care the same qualities as the Pyth & D.Angel except the fellowing which make Pyth & D.Angel Superior
Destoryers have heavy upkeeps & slow build rates & weak hulls but have range
Guard ships have major weakness in shields & strengths as well but for the majory they remain weak stacking wise overall. Guards normally use Queen & Fodder in fleets which are slow build rate stuff to balance out their fleets better making this race more balanced.
Pyth & D.Angel are to cheap in upkeep & also have bad design issues i think & they lack normal chacteristics of most ships with similar backgrounds
