DM server

mm, it sounds like all of us need a good dose of crack. then we can all be happy and get on with life

And if you have been getting up at 3 am just to play them (all of them) and finally someone screw you like that and treat you like rubbish you will react like we did. You all look from Pandy`s point of view, but she wasn`t the only one getting up in the middle of the night every week.

Vampy, you don`t have a clue what happened. If one DM was screwed, OK, we can get over that. But forgetting to turn it on, to turn it off, to restart the empires happened many times. Combined with Pandy`s excuse like f*** off, I also have a real life, I was out drinking. The admin job is volunteer, she organized the DMs on her own and it was her responsibility to look after them. If you can`t handle something just don`t start it.

why am i not surprised that stephen had something or another to do with these screwups. lol, oh well, at least we still have eternus and mara now.

Oh bah, she`s a grown woman not a little girl. Handling stress was part of her job.
I don`t believe she quit just because of one "fluke" incident like that... my guess is it was more of a growing frusteration which ended up culminating in her quitting after the DM deal.

Pandy, Ex Admin... out of kindness hosted a Death Match Tornament, but alot of things went wrong that where out of her control, and a lot of not-smart players complained, which lead to her saying she will never do it again, and shortly after resigned as admin...

Basically, the DM times, where advitised, but there was a server glitch that ment that only stephen could activate the event, and then when that was finally sorted, somtimes DMs started later than planned, and alot of ppl had login problems, and even the prize`s wernt handed out to the winners for a month after, as stephen said he had no knowledge of prizes...

Basically just a massive screw up, and Pandy was trying to fix it, and staying up till 4am just to host DMs at flexible times for other ppl, and ppl still complaned, so yeh big screw up... and she was treated horrible`ble...

yeah great idea Macbeth... anyway mara, would you mind detailing how the people treated you guys like rubbish... i prolly wasn`t around then

Mara just turn the DM on, and then turn it off in a week... repeat. No prizes or anything

Mara, I don`t really know exactly what you are referring to but I know I apologize for any undo hassling during the last DM. True, it`s your choice whether you even hold one again, but I know I for one would really appreciate a second chance at it.
