Let`s see what Terran need...

well, i dont wish to see ANY silly reply like: `Terran is balanced`, `Terran dont need anything` n so on.

so, let`s see what Terran need for now or even for future. before this, i will state all the change / improve / update for Terran since Beta v1.0 until v1.06 now.

from Beta v1.0 until v1.06, Terran had get:-

1. 2 new ships, Tyr Dreadnaught n Scorpian Starbase
2. Argiculture Modified increase to +20%
3. slightly upkeep increased on each ship especially P class, for total 4 times.
4. ships cost (minerals + credit) slightly increased for twice.

my comment for Terran in future:
1. mission need to re-write, allow player choose either Commerical or Argiculture way
2. reduce the Argiculture mod to +10%, increase Commerical mod to 20% - 30%. on other way, get rid Terran to be the mjor food supplier on market
3. no doubt, new T.Emperuer pls.
4. prehpas do something on T.Kaliuem too.
5. build rate boost on some smaller ships.
6. ship upkeep always the porblem.
7. preahps P class hull can be increased.

that`s 7 points i had think on. might post more if i recall something :P

how bout a nuetral with missiles?
sheilding..thick against everything but weak against missiles..
I dont think we have that kind of ship yet or do we?

Energy Shield + 25 %
Absorption Shield + 25 %
ECM - 20 %
Ionized Hull + 25 %

much like a pyth but tougher against strafez..

why doesn`t anyone think of updating the neutral ships. poor neutral ships, they must be feeling left out.

1. 2. and 5. are good suggestions. 20% comm increase which should be to counter the upkeep of viral/marauder ships, and would not be valid if the the pyth and angel get updated.

Dude come on that`s a bit extreme and you know it. There`s no need for agri boost, and no need for thor hull increase among other things. There are a few valid points but let`s not go over the top. That`s my opinion

lmao, they Commerical mod just a way to make Terran depend less on Arigculture. i wish Collective be the major food supplier on market to encourage more ppl join Collecitve. on other hand, food price will be more flexible :P

also, Commerical mod also a way to make the difference on the Viral n Terran. that is not fair that Viral make a few mil less than Terran but using the Marauder ships with low upkeep (we dont know when the upkeep will be solved) BUT Terran suffer with the ships upkeep.

AND, dude, pls ... even 30% increase on Commerical will only allow me make another 4.5mil income, it wont make much difference since the upkeep always the pain. also, there is NO such way that u can keep low pr n make more $.

SO, dont point at me with the question: `u want low pr n make more $?`

as for ur view on SB, yes, SB wasnt really great. but, they not deserve for too much weapon too :)

1) Comm mod is ok, as well as agri, what do you want, to make 50 mil per turn with 40 planets? And to have a small base PR at the same time. Not going to happen. With the new miner and the increase of the number of miners, some will chose tax. And there aren`t enough collectives to supply big taxers, will never be enough. So the mods are OK
2) Missions, yeah. Maybe just change the mission that needs 5 lvl commerce to be 5 lvls infra
3) I agree on new emp
4) T Kalieum +300 damage
5) +50% build rate on frigates. +25-50% on garuda
6) ship upkeep is ok imo
7) maybe 750 hull for thor, nothing else
8) one point from myself, do something to the bases, maybe just doulbe or triple the damage of them. They are completely useless atm

These are the slight changes that will make terran as sweet as candy and will give the terrans more confidence fighting miners :P
