how it can be? player has 60planets and his power rating even below 1500 ? i have abou 40planets, no ships and my pr is abaout 50k . something i dont understand here...

they could be suspended, or have their account frozen, or due to the recent UW, the UW puts everyone at 1000 power until they log on, so that person may not have logged on since the last UW
