Just wondering about it when i saw our new "friend":

1.5 bill PR ? Ok, he has good ships but nothing that can give him + 300 mill PR with 30 turns build rate... So... is the PR cap lifted for us all or just the NPC`s ?

Some people i can`t hit because of alliances , NAPS, blah, blah , blah. . . .. However, if your not an ally or we don`t have a NAP and your try to build up to hit any of the NPC`s i will nail your arse. I`m absolutely pro Kalzul and believe the server does need a refresh.

hmm dunno , even though kalzul can ignore the power limit , its there for a reason ( to stop the game crashing )

AFAIK the cap is 1.199.999.999 at which point you`re allowed to use your turns once to build ships to get over 1.200.000.000... never tried it though... never been that rich XD !
