My menu "Empire information" is not working :( I`m in Ultra server, but when I was in fast server I haven`t this problem

No I didn`t get any error messages. I playing with different computers, but this problem is everiwere...I researching-9 turns: goods+340, the next 9 turns: -350 goods :( I dont understand. Or I dont build anything, but first I get 5300 food, then 5500???

more information would be nice, becuase it could be a bug, or it could just be you becuase my empire page is working fine
