From what i observed looks like admins can alter ship stats and reduce/ increase upkeep without stephens help.
I think the follwoing ship sugestions would be fair for viral
viral pay same upkeep for ships every other race pays aswell as ship build cost.
D Angel will be classified Dark Maru ship and will not be available to virals for reversal.
Every Race will have aship viral can`t reverse

Terran Nirvana
Miner Lyth
borrley range ramains 8
chiron range remains 7 but build rate is increased by 1 (3 per turn)
Viral ability to use maru ships (exception of pyth, d angel) at lower upkeep cost will compensate for their lower incomes. All other maru ships upkeeps are fairly resonable.
