anyhows not one person has ever been looked twice at for moving location or house , all you see is the rules , theres a whole other side to gc when your staff, so leave the moderation to us and stop arguing when you dont have a clue how any of it works

... his property, eh? The game we play on, the place we store it all... that is his. But the account? Not his. He can`t just take them away because he "feels" like it.

I am more than sure that there is hardly any player on GC who has used the same IP all the time.

Mara, what you have wrote means that maybe 80-90% of all GC accounts should be deleted... Ok, in your opinion if I play from several IPs my account I am different people? So people can`t play from work, school, internet cafes, even from their personal notebook! And what, If I move to, say it Spain, Portugal, US whatever it is, I should start another account O.O

the account itself counts for both these , i dont need to make no rule when theres no rule even stating its allowed

how can you sell something that isnt even yours to sell , its stephens property he can remove it from you instantly if he doesnt want you on it :/

When you buy a used car, it isn`t the person`s anymore, it`s yours. That isn`t a loophole. And if the person selling the account doesn`t make another account for over a week, and the buyer did not previously have a server account... none of those rules apply.

Honestly, I don`t care. I have no interest in selling an account, lol. I`m simply pointing out... there were no rules against it before, so you`re really pushing it to say that it is against the rules now. All I want is for you to make a rule saying "no account transfers" and stop beating around the bush. :P

ill suspend the account , and the other guys , dont need to make any anouncements or anything of the like. as evil as it may sounds , they were never legal in the first place , same with name changes , its a luxary we staff went out our way to provide people on a daily basis , this one was resulted in abuse, fraud and numerous other problems and we now refuse to moderate/allow them.

even name changes has been stopped in the past due to abuse etc , now we just have rules on this , however this rarely ever resulted in theft, fraud etc

so if someone moves they have to let u no?

2. `sharers` is tracked via IP address and PC, and this information lasts for 1 week. So it doesn`t matter if you play at school, then go back home to play on another PC, you will still be classified as `sharers`
( this is another sexy lil blanket rule to instantly make both people count when it comes to the share pc rules )

You can log into somebody else`s account to set VM? Interesting...

Anyway, on that note... that means selling your account to somebody who already has an account on said server is illegal. However, if you sell your account somebody who doesn`t... the account simply transfers locations. And technically, in the entire transaction, neither party ever logs on to somebody else`s account. Before the sale, the account is owned by the first guy... once it is sold, it is owned by the second guy. Neither log on when they do not own the account, therefore following your rules...

Anything not strictly forbidden is allowed... for something to be legal there simply has to be no rule against it. For something to be illegal, there has to be a rule specifically against it, and this is the first that I`ve heard of such a rule. Simply pointing out that you should announce these things... with my ultra A.miner successfully having blown up, I wouldn`t sell an account anyway. :)
