well if people would bother to read rules before they sign up, the right thing to do would say, hey i see here that there cant be two accounts on one server, and at that time before signing up a second account PM an admin so that there can be a note on the account

on the account they will have somethng noted like "shares computer with [empire name] - and then why.. brothers, sisters, boyfriends, girlfriends, children.

they do understand that people share computers. there are whole families that play.
