So the high power virals use a lot of angel and pyth. Basically they are marauders who have AIDS. I think that stephen should make it so that when virals have he pyth and angel, they have an upkeep that is around the same as a nirvana dreadnaught. Marauders need the low upkeep to go high... virals dont and its just being abused.
Unfortunately, stephen doesnt do anything, and this will never happen.
