I think he means how do people have 1000 PR and more than one planet...
grillem, If someone successfully finishes the Ultimate Weapon (UW) Everyone goes to 1000 PR until the next time they log in. Also if someone get`s suspended for som reason they will be at 1500 PR until their suspension is over.

two ways to get planets battle or build scouts and explore , of course the more planets you have the more pr thay will give you.
