This race, the Galactic Killer`s is a very easy race to kill, if you don't know your ships inside out you will have bad stats and the Galactic Killer`s people will revolt and you will lose your empire. However they are rich with a high need for food and goods and a high tax rate and good at plundering. But because of there ship upkeep it balances the race out. They are almost like Marauders as in they excel at attacking empires then hiding in NP. However with such a high upkeep cost on ships they can be forced to attack for planets to cluster. They get a bonus amount in money when they are high in power rating as the people celebrate and buy more goods. That is why Galactic Killer`s are very tax base but they need huge amounts of food, and goods which may require the Galactic Killer to VM till the markets strong enough to support his/her needs. As well, the server could unite to remove goods from the market and raise food prices, and this could force the Galactic Killer into VM or NP.
It is suggested that this race be backed up by multiple A-miners producing a huge amount of minerals and good, and multiple terrans providing selling food.

This race does have some drammatic errors such as modifying and actually would need some ships lol (havent worked on any)...
