I Figured someone Would make a thread about this again, So If you want to discuss the mineral bot that has just been set up again please do so here.

It will post
- consistant supply of all minerals
- Batches of 9,999,999
- ALL Max price

The reasons for doing this are?
Well GC is looking slightly limp at the moment to say the least. If you were a new signup, the excuse of "Just wait 2 hours hitting reload" doesnt exactly cut it.

We need new meat, and before that happens, We need to keep those that do come in. And those that have been around a long time and wish to complain, try restarting as terran and getting set up. It isnt easy and it defeats the purpose of the game, To have a past time where you can Have fun :)

well its not that i wanted to argue, its just that, whenever i became an a.miner, mineral bot is set up. it makes me so fed up.

I know everythings been said before. I realise I can play any race too. I`m just playing devils advocate. I think it`s a good thing too. Fresh blood but you got to admit it was a good chance to be a pratt wasn`t it. Hee Hee. Anyway I restarted as Viral so don`t matter to me. I think though that the update will be a good thing. Hope stephen gets better soon so that he can get back to it.

btw Belial made this thread to "discuss" the mineral bot just to avoid forum flooding. But it is not a true discussion. everything has already been said XXXXX times. many suggestions were made .... but none of them has been implemented yet.

i really dont get why you have a problem with this 45G4RD... thanks to the bot new players might actualy keep playing gc. more people = more fun!
And if you have a paid acc then why play a.miner? with a paid you should play anything but miner.lol
ofcourse there really should be a update, but till then the bot is a good thing! it keeps the game alive!

Still doesn`t give anyone the right to screw with the game that some of us pay to play without giving compensation to those who do pay. Well seems that the games has gone from bad to worse to far worse to incredulous and getting even more so with people who didn`t have the ability to create it, now being in charge of something that they can`t understand. Power to the big guns. You ruined GC you ruined UC now you aren`t content with that you want to ruin GC again.

Pity Stephen didn`t have just a little more backbone and tell you all it`s his game and if you don`t like it don`t play. Maybe the game would have actually improved.

45G4RD aminer are useless. everyone knows that and that also why the market is dry everyday. it has been like that for at least 6month and even more. And admin do know it, and Stephen does know it ... but he hasn`t made anything to make people play aminer. He says aminer get too much money to have anything else than crabpy ships .. on GC/RT which race doesn`t make more than it need to fight ? after a week you are generally able to fight to at least 1Mil without getting in debt.
another problem is that balancing gc might unbalance the turn based servers.

i think its verry good that the bot is back!!!
and not only for the new players...it was annoying for every one to look at the market screen for an hour and then finaly if something was posted some one else buys it just before you click the buy button :(
and the a.miners should not complain about it, just sell your stuff at 999 :)

OUTSTANDING ,now I can recommend the game to friends. Before I could not, how can you ask someone to join a game when all they do is refresh, trying to get required items to play with, instead of actually playing the game. Props for finally doing what is needed, Slops for taking so long.

I agree snakes but I also say as a miner that if you remove the the market side of the equation you might as well get rid of the Miner race completely as they are not up to fighting only defending. And minerals, Cg`s is their role. Get rid and give the game a race that can oppose the virals for once.

just remove all the market and directly include every income and expense due to it into the income table.
and remove all the economical part. it will be easier than to balance the game

So it also breaks the rules of no more than so many posts at a time. What is the point of having a game where admins can ruin it just because it doesn`t go the way they percieve it should. Get a grip make the game more robust. It only needs a little bit of inventive thought surely someone can do that. Oh yeah I forgot. That`s UC ain`t it. Inventive thought is forbidden on GC.

I allways wonder, why is it easier to code a mineral bot than changing some a.miner ship statistics, but what do i know....

Anyway, now, after the voting also the mineral weapon is gone.... Does anybody else feel like driving the runaway car?

i`m happy to see that even after about 2-3 month of VM there is still no change. There is a plan to make aminer more appealing .... but it requires an update, doesn`t it ? update we are waiting since .....
you know u should just include the price of the mineral directly into the ship cost ( +1000$ for each mineral unit required ) and remove the market & the aminer as the economical has no more sense in this game.

why cant he just post like say 5mil of every mineral each hour is different size batches at different times like say 1 mil in the first ten mins then 10x 100k batches in the next 15 mins.
might be better than an all out dump
