yawn, i thought the whole food thing was basic economics. when supply goes up up and away, demand also increases. and when demand increases, supply decreases, until we reach some equilibrium. or something like that (i didn`t take economics classes so i don`t know exactly how it functions). but the point is that it balances itself out, so there shouldn`t be much of a problem. the only problem is, this depends on people to change race, which doesn`t exactly happen. so the problem`s with people changing race / too little people playing so the effect`s very concentrated.

therefore, there isn`t really much that can be done.

lets have a race that consumes everthing. First minute of play it can clear the entire market as a speacial ablility lol. you can tell i have not slept well i guess lol

well its obvious ppl are collective cause tehy rock, and collectives make food so more collectives=more food. this also mean that because there are no minerals, and miners make minerals, there are no miners because they suck behind at fighting. this game isnt any fun without fighting, and because miners suck at fighting, there are no miners.
The game is called Galactic Conquest, not Galactic Sit-In-DP-all-day-making-minerals. if miners were fun for more people to play, the minerals would go up.. also put a cap on the ammount of minerals ppl can have. that and making miners not suck

that they aren`t using turns right now is irrelevant... rt doesn`t lack food. Even If they start buying again prices will go up and all the food makers out there will increase production.

RT is lacking food as well, it is flooded now because some major taxers aren`t consuming turns, try evane, draxx, DP and harrylongbone eating at the same time and we will see if there is enough food supply.

Ohh , a lot of stuff makes sense now :P

if you look at UC, there`s really been a lot of changes that haven`t been implemented for GC, i`m not talking about the game concept here, just some functions... and in terms of the game concept, i personally doubt GC would receive any changes soon, given that Stephen`s human which means he doesn`t have all the time in the world, and UC is bringing in the $$, so it makes more sense to concentrate on UC
