regaining right to play

hello i`m realy sorry for all the stuff that i do but can i play again in normal
i was blacklisted as spartacusro in gc\normal and i wana if i may start fresh there i have lots of friends and it was my main playingf server

Blacklisted
This means you are in serious trouble. We only do this if there is a legal problem (ex: credit card fraud) or repetitive abuse/cheat will result in your account being blacklisted. Wait for 3 days, create a new account using a new email address and contact any game admins to tell them you are sorry and wish to start fresh (turn a new leaf).

I wont stand Putting words in the current admins mouths, but the rules allow fair game play which werent adheared to, preaching from them wont save you. It is always sad to turn a player away, but cheating is cheating.

Also, Id reccomend if you want your request to be taken seriously, refile it in a private discussion

You will not be allowed back on normal server, your past actions have ensured that.
