i have evrything else figured out, but my pop on every planet is 0. y? how do i fix this?

omg, i didnt even realise it was low food, well tx guys, n i just explored new planetsm ill jus cluster em wirt the rest, so ill be alright.
he said every planet so hes basically screwed including his homeplanet. unless the food will change it. theres the chance if your negative pop isnt bad enough with loyalty still
you need to have food all the time otherwise your pop will die. If it is dead already just plunder (or you can cluster with a planet that has pop on it).
