i have red that if i was attacked, i can counter-attack. question is how?
i mean is it the same procedure (comand> attack> browse (or type empire name) > confirm... or counter-attack works in another way? i could not find a answer to that, only info about restrictions :/

yeah basically what you described is how you do it.
simply type their name or empire id, and if they are out of dp, and np, AND its still within the 7 days since that person attacked you, you can counter attack them(only once though)
from ANY power rating

so, go ahead, and knock yourself out, (or whoever you are attacking XD)
