how i go out of a negative amount of money besides market?my incomes negative too

if your income is negitive, check the source.
if it is your fleet, then you have ships you have not disbanded. and each turn you have to pay for their upkeep, which is causing you to lose money.
now if you do that, and something called "debt intreset" is causing the problem, then that means your debt has increased to the point where you cant get out.
so, regretably, you must restart.
