Starcraft 2

well... not to say something bad on it. Blizzard`s way of doing game: delay, delay and delay the release of the game with some `reasonable` reason (huh? sounds fimiliar iwth someone on SF? LOL)

There was talk around the time that the news that they were hiring "Testers for a futuristic RTS" was leaked. So I`m still frightened at the thought.

now that Starcraft 2 is here, wheres Diablo 3 at? I want to rekindle fond memories of running around killing hell bovines with my lvl 86 barb

Iunno... why would they do a PTP for a real time strategy? Games like WoW are entirely online, and therefore it makes sense that you could make it PTP... but starcraft 2? There is no charge for playing Supreme Commander online, so if blizzard wants to compete, they won`t be doing PTP... it just wouldn`t make sense to charge money to provide a service to people who can play through a variety of other means without charge.

I`ve been waiting since 1998 for this. I`m frightened however, about the rumors that Battlenet will be PTP like Warcraft... =/

Yea. They`ve had that domain name registered for years with nothing on it, fueling speculation about a sequel for years. Nice to see that they finally put something on it.

I honestly think it`ll be worth the ten-year wait they put us all through. Made us suffer with nothing but WarCraft propaganda for too long.
Wonder if the rumors that say they`ll shut down the StarCraft servers in order to host 2 are true...

well the main part seems the same, thye only thing they seemed to chanmge was some of the units, a couple new abilites and the graphics
