If half of what I heard is rue the I think Lysander deserves a mention.

SimplyEvil/Overlord has been the best at getting the most out of his people I have seen. A great manager of empires, thats for ultra.
HB does a good job on RT with all the varied ego`s that we have :)

I understand some few others from the early times did as much also.

But I see a few names here that don`t even come close to "great" status.

btw.. there is quite a bit to be said for a rotating leadership.
