right now i have negatetive interest, alot, about -769,010, and the debt interest is 101,511, how do i get back to normal?

disband all your fleet, post all your minerals / food / goods at below current market prize, go
take a break, come back.... if all your stuff have sold and you are still in dept, try using one turn, if your income is higher than your dept interest, use turns till your out of dept, if its not go and restart.
