New Ship Class Idea

I think there should be an scout that has some wepons, more hull, and less scanner rating. It would take you out of DP, maing one I mean. I don`t want to replace scouts, just make a new one.

There should be a new battle cruiser type of ship that is more powerful than cruiser but weaker than dreadnaught.

Well, I mean decrease it by a small amount, not substantially. I mean, there has to be a negeative AND a positive, the ability to attack is the positive, the small decrease in scanner is negative. :)

That sounds like a good idea but I wouldn`t decrease scanner. Scanner is essential.

Well, I mean they will be scouts, so they will have MORE than the normal ships. So, they would stil serve a purpose.

Almost all ships have some scanner so they sort of do this job anyway if you pick the right ones or have enough of them.
