Tax = (pop / 2) + ( ( pop x loyalty / 5000) x racial attribute)

Question 1 - what is each racial attribute?

Question 2 - What income does each Commercial make?

Racial attribute is the "Tax from population" modifier of your race... For Terrans it`s 0 so if your Terran you get no racial modifier... but other races get a bonus. Go to http://gc.gamestotal.com/i.cfm?p=manual&file=race2&rid=1 and click on each race to see their modifiers...

Commercial infrastructure makes $5 per unit per turn at level 0 commercial infrastructure research... The formula for commercial is...

5 * # of commercial infra built * Racial Modifier
