Plundering Problems...

I attacked and conquered a planet from another player, but it`s a completely useless marshy planet. Anyway, I tried to plunder it to get rid of the thing, but the system is not letting me do it. I`m just wondering if there is a way to get rid of it.

hmm ..
its prolly a X-Class .. u cant plunder xclass O.o
