EA when i restarted i didnt do it i put my ferts up for giveaways and i got a lot of wins from it too defending them :D

but i agree this shouldn`t be an artifact as this is part of game tactics such as to leave it on border, someone gets it trying to get borders its close to their main clusters, so you will always know near it are good planets or after it are good planets etc

I always leave 0 pop planets on my borders, whether they are edens or ularges.

i KNOW 90% of the virals do it. i do it wen im agri terran wen i get larges...its wat i do cos i have it done to me alot. especially with an X class...

i do it all the time with 10k large 2k ferts 20k c2`s

i do it to tick people off and to get hate mail.

and by god it works and is so entertaining to do.
