What asinine player/players would be posting those amounts of food?? Posting the highest amount 999,999,999 of food credits like 10 in a row at $11 will kill that market at $11 and ultimately be buried and depress the market price downward to $10 & below...please explain to me what market logic would cause you to kill a stable price at $11 & cause the price to tumble and furthemore tie up the huge multiple amounts you`ve posted???Market control?...I doubt it...More like shooting darts blindfolded :P
P.S. Please honor yourself with a course in Economics 101...

meh..* blinks the eye...can personally attest to seeing the food price several times hover for a goodly amount of time at $4-$6 0_0

well i produce food aswell...
and if its almost imposible to get price that low since the food will be extremly hard to come by and all food producers would bring the price up again food vs tax war...

*Please excuse second posting

rutgerzak continued multiple postings of 999,999,999 food credits would fuel the downward spiral in food prices where it could reach a $3, $4, or $5 level...and for all practical purposes " a %$#& food market " for food producers...so it would seem these postings are from " large food buyers " NOT " food producers "...food producers want a healthy stable price...I should know I`m one of them :P

phobos it would be bought up and sold again at 11 or 12... posting that low doesnt do %$^#&

I think the answer is more simplistic--> GREED...if you truly want to kill the market, how about posting your 999,999,999 food credits at the price of $2 or $3....
P PhobosOP
Well obviously a fed tactic...each player can only have 2 bil food credits...to what end?...so now we have Philanthropist food producers...by royal decree to the masses " Let Them Eat Cake "...now I know I heard that somewhere before hmm...
B bipbippy
perhaps their goal IS to kill the market.
