dang TBK...erm, magnus, aren`t there lil kiddies that play this game? a story line like that wouldn`t make this game very parent friendly :P
and you wonder why everyone is so sure your TBK :-/

The Collective are a cyborg race and can`t reproduce. That`s why they must go out and capture more beings for assilimation. Jeez.

5000 years ago, there was a forbidden and sexy relationship between a Collective and a Marauder... They had sex and then a new race was born... and it was ridiculously ugly... so the other races threw it into the farthest reaches of space where it was banished... until now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
