you dont get caught by me when i dont need borders.

consider though that it`s not that bad to be enslaved... you don`t get that much cash, but it`s not worth the fuss to change it...
go to 10x your masters power level and click on the "slave empires" link and click the "declare independance" button. If you can`t get that high wait for someone else to enslave you. If you don`t want to do that restart.
