A.miner A Dying Race

I always thought that each race should be specialist in one type of mineral

Miners would get +3000% to mineral generation (all minerals but terran metal)

Terrans +1000% terran metal generation
Collective +250% WC
Guardian +10% RC
Maru +100% Rutile
Viral +10% strafez

- Also with A.miner... i think the A.Aragonite Dreadnought... should get a better Kentic Modifier... & more Hull power

i would like to swap Terran T.Empereur with ur Miner A.Aragonite :) yes, u might said: `a bttleship swap with dreadnaught? no way.` lmao, just consider the weapon, shield n hull, they r similiar to each other. but, u will know which is more junky LOL

- A.miner suppose to be able to fend off Collective & Guard.

- i think A.miner should become more of a Guard like race... making it more powerful at in battle. maybe there might be a drive to make the race come back...

there is nothing to say that a race SHOULD pawn another races OR else it will become unbalance which always mentioned by youself on other thread.

should more like a Guardian, yeah, negative on every economy mod? no food consume? no UW allowed? no Mining allowed? only some income from tax? rofl

- On another Note I recommend Maru be given a New Race Modifier. like -20% Goods or Commerial maybe -30%

lmao, nothing much to rate this. look on Terran, almost all ships suk on chemical. also, nothing special on the other shield. look on all the T class, P class, even until the captial from T.Emperuer to Hercules.

my opinion on Terran ships shield: Terran ships` shield suk. almost any weapon dmg can hurt all Terran ships. Hercules is the only 1 excluded.

let`s say: Tyr, it is so easy to get killed by using any weapon go with aggressive as long as u got longer range. i used Garuda, Kaliuem, Sword, P class, Queen to kill it before.

how about T.Kailuem? i dont see it can win when against other missile or chimeical units with it +50% shield on both ecm n chemical shield too

seriously, free race as a Miner, thier ships` shield is even slightly better than Terran.

- Only recommend A.miner have Hugh Hull power so ships are harder to destory... & give some different Shield Modifiers

we all know the pr formula :) IF u tend to keep the same pr, u have to drop either scan rate or weapon dmg for increasing the hull. so, increase the hull = incarese the pr = less dmg per pr deal = lose the battle as u do less pr dmg to enemy = complain AGAIN.

of course, it doesnt mean Miner was unbeatable too

Hiigarans you are kindof assuming there that the defender has a perfect stack to counter the attacker, which rarely happens. A miner ships also lack diversity, its easy to win because they all have similar shields.
I doubt they will get updated thought because they are a free race and make stephen no money, and also because stephen rarely updates anything.

- A.miner Weakness Pike, Pyth, T.Gurnda, P class, Nirvana, D.Angel.

the 6 ships u mentioned on, 3 of them were Destoyers or long range units. 2 of them were multi-role ships which mean arm with 3 weapons + 3 not bad shields. another 1 was just a lame spam ship.

let` say u r on defensive, u just have to build Destoyer to counter Destoyer with range OR u build ship with good shield, ex: Lictor / Lyth to counter T.Garuda. on offensive, keep in mind, defender Destoyer ALWAYS shot u 1st and same go to u while u r defending. nothing to blame with those long range units, u should blame youself y dont u build Destoyer?

for the multi-role ships, Nirvana n Pyth, as u can see, they r multi-role ships. ppl will build alot of them n spam. somehow, Pyth was more powerful than Nirvana. also, ppl will spam them on careful on most of time, make it as ur advantage when stacking.

another 1 lame spam ship the D.Angel, telling a truth, i rather kill those Angel but not Pyth. Angel was easier to get killed if compare with Pyth. ur Destoyer, Cruiser always do the job n so to F class.

- 12 Planet Max makes it hard to get C3s.

Wow.Mate. Your right aminer isnt great, but you have the wrong reasons. A) Our stacks take looong to build. crab buildrate to power destroyers, our spamming ships suck so any spammer can come right by and own us..Fix the ships to build a bit faster, and add some def to the crab and wow..perfect race..I stack as them and roll perfecly to, with a 2.5m base ...so..yar..not to hard, but could use some new stuff..

Then again, why bother? Stephen doesnt care in the slightest.

the one thing i find silly about A miner ships is simply " no defence " on a fair few... basicly its saying this ship has no defence for when its atacked...

and if you use a.miners properly you can kick arse around everywhere :) but indeed it`s a challange

Actually, miner isn`t MEANT to be a challenge, lol... hence why it`s one of the "easy" races. But I agree, it IS a challenge... a vet can use the race as well, if not better, than terran.

lol...miner is meant to be a challenge...a good vet can kick behind with a miner...the new starbases just hlp that theory...i`m guard, and i just barely beat a hustle with an a miner a few days ago...miner is reelly meant to be a stacking race for stackign vets....its a challenge, with a great reward when you figure it out. just figure it out and you`ll see what i mean, miner is a great race, and uber rich.

I`m happy with my battle ratios : 2 losses for 1 win :-).

Terran aren`t bad... a.miner aren`t bad... and prices being driven insanely high HELPS miners, not hinders. :P

why give marus that bonuses? how many commercial marus do you know?
