after successfully doing the UW, like going the full 2 days. When u have to restart, and u dont have a paid, can u restart as any of the paid races?

Yes, once you finish a UW (yes the full 48 hours of torcher) you can restart as any paid race. (not including the NPC`s aka KalZul, Dark Maru, etc)
