hi i did not know which to post this so i hope a admit reads this i am Empowered{One} leader of EmpoweredNation i wish to Hand Leader Ship Over to SelinusStarbecause i will be leaving the fed and making another fed and i want my girlfriend to have my old one

If you are wanting to hand leader of your current fed all you need to do is have the person that you want as leader build up and have the highest power rating, then resign. The person with the highest pr will become leader.
