3 a turn build rate

Well, firstly, everyone knows that the collective have very slow build rates. So I upped every ship to have an approximate 20k a turn build rate, which still isn`t that great, but makes life much easier (as opposed to 4k a turn sloop build rate). The only exception to this rule is the caravel, which can be built at about 45k a turn (battleship class). If you do decide to keep the caravel, please notify me so I can give you the upkeep costs and build costs.
The caravel is Tulkas` idea, not mine. He`s an old collective who no longer plays on RT, used to be part of the KoA fed. It`s meant to take care of the ruby, tourm and K. class, as well as the V. class.
My version of the collective missile ships was upgrading the schooner and barkentine attacks, shields, and scanners. Reduced scanners to 100 to give us a fighting chance. I modeled the schooner attacks on the Flysch, except I switched the missile and energy damages to make the schooner more guard-effective. The barkentine attacks like a tyr, with a caravel`s shields, making it highly effective against the ruby, tourm and K. class. The galleon`s ECM? More effective against thors.
