and in answer to why blind is suspended at 1500 pr it pretty much means he is suspected of cheating(with or without proof dont know personally about this one) but the chances are it would be something to doing with planet transfer although there are other things it could be

go to ranking-top in stats then change the filter to richest empire and pick the server you want to check

blind knows what hes doing. look at the facts. accord loses planbets, blind gains them. just shows how good a miner can be. well done blind. accord though she was safe up at 170m pr wiht a marine guarding her coz she had noborders. look hoiw wrong she was =p

i recorded a sudden increase in his planetcount by 375 and a loss in planetcount in accord`s
