I have a simple question regarding the population of planets. I realized that when my population went up (e.g. from 13 to 1989), my Power Rating went up with it as well. The problem is that since I`m at a very low PR (>5000), this is very ineffective. I was thinking, so if I destroyed the housing on the planet, would my PR go down with the population? Or will it stay the same until I plunder the planet (which I really don`t want to do)?
More population = more PR?
