Black Market

I hate to bring this issue up again, but there really needs to be a fix for the black market. As it stands now it is possible to have someone `buy out` all of the resource without you realizing it, resulting in you paying twice as much as you expected. Either the black market and the regular market need to be seperated, or a warning needs to pop up alerting you that you are about to buy from the black market unexpectedly.

I`ve been asking for a removal of the mineral price caps for years. The problem is, every time stephen tries it, half the server throws a temper tantrum because the prices temporarily shoot up, and he reinstates the caps before the market prices can settle themselves out.

i was considering switching to aminer but getting all research back is painful. knowing how many times i went into vm because of things that came up last year. o_0

Float CG and mineral prices. Let market supply and demand take care of it.

I`d go for a miner scout that has 10k scanner rating, 5 creds upkeep and will produce 10k per turn. Now THAT would be usefull for the Miners...

Miners need to dig faster and forget all the silly defense stacks. Just concentrate on shovelling .... Or maybe they need an uber scout so they can explore for more planets cheaper (so other races can take it away from them) after 24 hours ;-) and again just keep digging.

yea i agree.. i specifically wiat for minerals to be posted at 1000, and then end up paying double than what i thought becuase the price was suddenly at 2k..

I can see the 2000 as well Bladz. Waht I can`t see is some other yahoo buying a post while I`m in the market.

well, i would say fix miner then you dont need to fix the black market.....
