I can construct Barkentine cruisers, but I can not find where I can construct R Snow.
Does anybody know why?. Is it only possible for paid accounts?. Is it a bug?.

This was due to you having done the ship research before the update was done, i`ve corrected this on ur account
if you have been collective for a long time, contact an admin. Otherwise, make sure you have done all the ship research and it should be available.
