no stack / spam is perfect , they can all lose from something

Not really, a 3 stack spam for some races shouldnt be necessary even with 500 planets. But if your low on turns i guess so.

no, and he shouldn`t reeally, some empires have the unluckyness of having to spam at times, like empires with a huge base power rating...spamming is sometimes the only way for them to really survive at tiems when low on boarders :\
besides, killing spams removes the tactical advantages of stacking...
