Um ... yikes these are some aggressive update ...
The new quartz has 14k dam, 80k hull, 36k pr -- um that`s better attack:pr and hull:pr and build to the new amethyst!
A lotta lotta hull there :P

The guard ships don`t seem overpowered to me.
maraudian, just have that ship stacked and it kicks behind hard... don`t go with this... lower the hull and put other shielding in it... Those G and L clbehind are just no good....
you don't know how wrong you are maraudian
might have 80k hull but only only has shileding vs energy , weak vs everything else , hit it on agro with pretty much anything other than energy and bye bye Quartz
I think that the new update is really good balanced. I`ve tried hitting and defending and neither is over/underpowered.

Guards didnt need better ships - just better upkeep. I dont know why they changed them, they will prob be too good now.
