That is the ultimate weapon, if you build it, you will trigger a 48 hr battle between you and the rest of the server, if you are defeated in battle below 1mil pr the uw will be destroyed, if you manage to stave off the attacks with only of 1hr dp from each blow that puts you in dp, you will be allowed to use the uw and join the hall of fame and be allowed to play any race you wish (i.e. restart, even if you don`t choose another race). Everyone will loose up to 90% of their resources, i.e. minnerals, goods, credits, food, etc. It doesn`t however affect research or planets.
