Objective:
simple, with a few new ships come in + improvement on other ships, Neutral units will need some small improvements to make it worth to use especially for F class when the new G class come in. this will encourage to stacking too. or else, the entire ships balance update will be meanningless :)
F class:
F.Axe, F.Spear +1 range on each. all F class upkeep reduce 5-10%.
C class:
all C class upkeep reduce 5-10%. credit cost reduce 5-10%.
Strafez:
just keep what they are now.
