Possible idea suggestion?

ok, before i get flamed, this idea im about to propose is just that, an idea, to be played around with and toyed with at leisure, i think it could work out at one time, but anyways:

What if there was a planet market XD

are you a viral with a nice u class? why kill it, when you can sell it!

wanna restart, but dont have the heart to destroy your 120k land c3? sell it!

now obviously there would be kinks that would need worked out, it would be a fairly large addition if anything of the sort would come about, like there would probably have to be a set formula to calc the price of each colony so that you could sell cheap to newbies and such

and of course there would be an issue with people buying borders and such

but i think overall, if people put in input and helped work it out it would be a cool addition.....for the far future XD

Idea... you could buy planets... but the more planets you had the more it would cost you and the more the seller would get too. The system would calculate a price based on.... whatever.... and how much it was bought for would depend on the buyer.
Thought: that could easily be abused... simply plunder some planets to get cheaper, better ones easily. Perhaps base the price on the buyer`s all time maximum planet count, or the average between that and their current planet count.

even if a planet were to sell at max credits it would still be imba on both sides

there is no fair way for this to happen , hence why it is against game rules

u buy 3 C3`s 80k+ land each popped up and infra distributed how u please and 6 borders.

ill even throw in this max loyalty 2 land spaz or max loyalty 10k large/2.1-2.2k fert or 5k c1 your choice

all for 200 million assorted minerals, preferably 50 mill strafez, all the rest can be a mix, and 200 billion creds

come on its a great deal!

mineral transfers on the market are agianst the rules too, back when you could post at 0 whenever you wanted

i dont see how this is any different, its agianst the rules to transfer planets to another empire, but to post them on an open market where they can be bought shouldnt be considered a transfer =/

but whats the point as it totally circumvents existing rules and makes a mockery of them?

like i said no matter how u dress it up, its still Planet Trading.

Planet A from person B go to person X`s empire for an exchange of cash/arties/another colony type/paid time

its a trade

u give something and expect to receive soemthing in return.

im sorry but to do that with planets its a bad idea

well i know pt is illegal, but thats cause your giving planets to someone who didnt earn them rightfully
i count severally paying out the arse a good enough earning

and i am not blacklisted yet cause im already redlisted!

Yes well I think that Moops tends to get a bit confused about the rules fairly often.

And Moops, why you got a few sales all lined up .. knowing you i`m sure you`ll do them regardless, surprised you aren`t blacklisted already.
