Um im an A. miner and i cant plunder x planets. Are x-planets special in any good way or bad?

they are generally considered to be bad, due to the fact you cant plunder them.
maruaders and collectives can plunder them, but you guys (you and your aminer friend) cant, unless you cluster them, then the cluster removes the X class of that planet and you are able to plunder that cluster
