1. The leader of my fed has been inactive for 15 days. I`m the only other member in the fed. could an admin please give me the leader position becuase of the disabled election function?
the name of the fed is Travelers

2. Could an admin please change the name of this fed to "Utopia" please?

Takarian, we requested the abilty to do so, we didn`t get it, so if you re`t paid you have two options to begin a fed
1. pay
2. have a friend who pays start one, you apply, he resigns

Could you reassigne me as leader then? I can`t start my own fed because i`m not paid.

actually here is the thing, Admins dont` have the ability to remove a leader from your fed, we`ve requested it so we can reassign leaders in such circumstances, but all there is for you to do is one of tow things

1. wit till his account is truly in active at which point hte fed automatically dissolves when his empire does.
2 leave and start your own fed.

i dont think elections will come back, although there will be a Lt. option which could be a back up, or assume leadership, in case the leader goes on a never-ending vacation
but unfortunatly that has yet to be implemented along with the res of the GC update, but its coming soon

well, i`ve been waiting for the election to come back on but it`s taking a long time...
besides, it`s been 2 weeks, and he wasn`t the original leader, the original one just resigned several days ago from unknown reasons. i just wanted to get the ball rolling back in my fed, you know?

i dont know if it would be fair to boot your leader, but what you could do is either leave, or wait until his account is deleted, or find a way to contact the guy and see what is going on,
as for the name change, you might have to be the leader in order to make the call on that one >.<
