as we are GC guides on the GC help Center i have no idea, i dont play UC , try the UC help center , then all the UC players and UC guides can help you, unless we currently have a GC guide who does play UC and knows around ...

there is also a banner on the top of the page with a link too (click on the blue "here" at the very end) and that link works i tried it
