I think the client is a little confused I am definitely in -5 GMT. It is way off though it says it was 8 am and it was between 2-4 this morning. Anyone know if its a known problem?

thats why i am so confused i mean it is four hours off if i adjust for daylight savings which means to me that it is not adjusting the time......

"PA GMT-5 normal time
GMT-4 daylight savings time"

So you may have been an hour off, It doesn`t explain HOW far off it was though.

yes in my events is where i am looking...i am sure i set it for -5 GMT...Western Pennsylvania in the united states...

If you`re in the US I think daylight savings may alter the GMT(don`t bother changing it myself).

If you are looking in your events, then that is where the timezone comes in. However, the timezone setting within your options doesnt set the time that you see below your chat. That time is server time.

Are you sure you set it to -5 GMT? If so where are you(in the world)?
