i know that id and who it was, the reason why its 1k pr is from the UW, thus he origional pr was 1500.
also, if there`s an UW, everyone`s pr is dropped to 1000 until you log in
usually "suspension" leaves you at 1500 pr ;-).

sometimes when someone has been suspended its done for the protection of the player invloved
Happens pretty regularly. On extended leave or something like that. I think an admin can make it happen.
