Federation inactivity

Hi, admins. I am not realy complaing just suggesting. I see for example in the globemasters fed (original) that the last standing member is about to reach 365 days. Could he be removed from the fed to free the name? Just trying to make it available for the rest.

Hmm ah yeas Globemasters, ran by it was either Yebise or BattleStarGalatica if i recall.
