stop using turns , disband fleet , sell enough items on the market to cover your debt , if you cant get out from that you can beg your slavemaster for some tribute ( if you have one ) or restart through : options > restart empire > select race & enter password
artifacts could also help you if you have any , but if you beg for them people would probably just put you deeper in debt ( nobody likes a begger ) so i suggest you dont do that on GC :)
